Our packages can be exchanged at any time.
Exchanges are free within 30 days of purchase. Only the package itself is required to process the exchange. After this period, our packages remain exchangeable at any time with a small administrative fee.Our packages and gift cards are non-refundable.

Packages are delivered within 5 to 7 business days via Canada Post.
During peak periods, delivery times may be longer. For express delivery (within 48 business hours), select the express shipping option provided by Purolator. Deliveries are made to your door.
