Distillerie Mariana produces gins, rum, liqueurs and a Québec grain whisky
that is currently being aged; its mission is to showcase the best of
Québec’s botanicals and terroir, while respecting the environment around
it. It defines itself as a distillery that ventures off the beaten path.
Distillerie Mariana was founded in 2014 by enthusiasts of botany and the Québec terroir. From this passion, the name Mariana took root, which in Latin refers to black spruce, an emblem of the boreal forest.
