If an establishment closes, simply bring your package to a La Forfaiterie store to exchange it for another one of your choice. Any price difference applies, if applicable. -

When you arrive for your visit, simply present your package on-site.

Our packages are valid anytime, subject to availability. During certain high-demand dates (holidays, special periods, or special events), the establishment may limit reservations or require an additional fee.

By mail: within 5–7 business days via Canada Post (longer during peak periods).

Purchases are non-refundable, except in the event of a processing error or a non-compliant product. Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase at no cost. After that, exchange fees apply.
