The monetary value of our packages is guaranteed for life. After one year, the establishment may ask you to pay the price difference, if applicable.

Easy exchanges
Free exchange within 30 days. After that, you can exchange at any time for a small administrative fee.

Peace of mind
If an establishment closes, simply bring your package to a La Forfaiterie store to exchange it for another one of your choice. Any price difference applies, if applicable.

The establishment’s contact details are listed directly on your package. Contact them to book your experience based on availability, and mention that you have a La Forfaiterie gift package—this helps them reserve the correct services according to what’s included.

When you arrive for your visit, simply present your package on-site.

Our packages are valid anytime, subject to availability. During certain high-demand dates (holidays, special periods, or special events), the establishment may limit reservations or require an additional fee.

If any other specific conditions apply, they will be listed in the package description.

Depending on the format selected and available, your package is delivered:

• By mail: within 5–7 business days via Canada Post (longer during peak periods).

• By email: within minutes.

For express delivery (48 business hours), select Purolator shipping.

Each package includes specific services. To avoid any confusion, the establishment will rely on the inclusions listed on your package and in the description when making your reservation.

Depending on the establishment and your on-site choices, certain items may involve an additional fee (e.g., an upgrade, added services, special events, holidays, or special occasions). If a package has any specific exceptions or restrictions, they will always be stated in the description.

Purchases are non-refundable, except in the event of a processing error or a non-compliant product. Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase at no cost. After that, exchange fees apply.
